See you in 2027 on January 24th! Are you ready?
Not only us, but also your loved ones are waiting at the finish line. Please read and observe the following medical information!

If you have any complaints before the start on the day of the race, you will find the medical tent near the start/finish corridor.

There will also be medical care on the route: next to the changeover points, doctors on bicycles and motorbikes will cruise the field

If you have a problem during the race, you can find the SOS phone numbers on the back of your bib. Please fill out the health information section on the back of your start number before starting!

In addition to all the physiological benefits, sports activities can also pose dangers, albeit to a very small extent. It is important to consult your doctor before serious performance!

Just be prepared to take part in a sports event that requires more than average or a more stressful training session! If you are sick, injured, have a fever, or after vomiting or diarrhea, do not participate in the upcoming event or the next training session!

If you feel any unusual signs during sports/competition, slow down, stop if necessary, ask for help! The above does not depend on the length of the sports activity, it is unique to whom what constitutes a serious performance. Be responsible for yourself, exercise smartly!
